Event booking and Cancellation Policy

Livingstones runs workshops, events and courses in line with it’s aims to support the local community.

How to Book

All our workshops are available to book online at www.livingstones.org.uk/events.

Alternatively, you are welcome to telephone us on 01252 616038, or pop into the shop (277 Fleet Road, Fleet, GU51 3BT) to make a booking.

Workshop spaces cannot be held without payment. Spaces are limited, so sign up early!

Workshop Materials

The materials and tools needed for each workshop varies, and these are normally provided and are included in the cost at sign up. You will be advised if you need to bring anything beforehand.

Workshop Cancellation

If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible.

If you notify LivingStones at least three calendar days (72 hours) before the event date, you can cancel and receive a full refund.

In this case, if you signed up and paid online, you can simply request to cancel via the email confirmation that we sent you. Otherwise, please ring us on 01252 616038 or email us on: hello@livingstones.org.uk and we will arrange your refund.

If you notify LivingStones regarding a cancellation in less than three calendar days (72 hours) before the event, then you will be offered a workshop voucher. You can then sign up to a new workshop, costing the same amount or less than the original sign up.

You may send someone in your place, in which case we will need them to contact us (name, address, e-mail address or telephone number) in advance so that arrangements can be made where possible, and confirmation details can be sent.

Workshop Cancellation by LivingStones

LivingStones reserves the right to cancel any workshop at short notice. In this event you will be notified as soon as possible and you will be offered a full refund, or you may transfer to an alternative date, where feasible. We do not accept liability for travel or other costs.
